Terms of service

These General Terms and Conditions apply to all offers, orders, and distance contracts between Livaro and the consumer.

A consumer is a natural person acting outside a profession or business. A distance contract is an agreement concluded exclusively through distance communication. The reflection period is the period in which the consumer may exercise the right of withdrawal, which is 14 days after receiving the product, without giving a reason.

During this period, the product must be handled with care and may only be used to assess whether the consumer wishes to keep it. If the consumer withdraws, the product must be returned unused, in original condition and packaging, with proof of purchase, and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the consumer.

Refunds will be processed within 14 days after receipt of the return or valid proof of return. Offers are non-binding and may be changed; descriptions, images, and specifications are indicative and minor errors do not entitle the consumer to compensation or cancellation. Prices will not be increased during the stated offer period, except due to statutory changes, and are subject to typing or printing errors.

Livaro guarantees that products comply with the agreement and legal requirements; defects or incorrect deliveries must be reported within 14 days of receipt. Orders are shipped to the address provided by the consumer and will be executed as quickly as possible, but no later than 30 days, unless otherwise agreed.
