Return Policy
14 DAYS RETURN POLICY – LIVARO
At Livaro, you have 14 days after receiving your order to request a return. Items must be unworn, unused, in original condition, with tags and original packaging, and you must provide proof of purchase.
To start a return, please contact us via info@livaro-clothing.com. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund. Refunds may take up to 10 business days to appear in your account. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, please contact us.
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately with photos so we can resolve the issue.
Non-returnable items include sale items, gift cards, custom or personalized products, and personal care items.
For exchanges, we recommend returning the item and placing a new order.
If your order is shipped within the European Union, you have the legal right to cancel or return your order within 14 days without reason, provided the item meets the return conditions above.
